Admissions

Grande Ronde Academy welcomes enrollment of students going into kindergarten through 8th grade. We strive to actively engage and support parents in the process of making the educational decisions necessary for your child. Open enrollment begins March 6th.

How to Apply

New student enrollment for the following school year begins in March, although we encourage you to begin the application process by January 1st.  We also consider enrollment applications at any time during the current year providing there is classroom availability. Prospective families are encouraged to visit the school or setup an Academic Consultation with our Director, Don McLean. The consultation will focus on your goals for your child, visions for future opportunities and desire for spiritual development, while the tours offer a chance to witness this unique learning environment.

If Grande Ronde Academy is a good fit for your child and family, the next step is to apply for admission and placement. Once we have received your admissions inquiry request, you will interview with the director, and we will schedule a placement testing date ($20 fee per testing session).

Upon acceptance, registration forms must be completed and submitted to the admissions staff with the following non-refundable fees to secure placement: application fee of $150 (per family) and student fee of $150 (per student). All educational records must be reviewed before admission is finalized.

To schedule an interview or testing, please contact the Admissions Office at 541-975-1147 or contact@granderondeacademy.org

Tuition and Tuition Assistance

A limited number of tuition assistance awards are available as determined by financial need.

Please fill out the Tuition Assistance Application and review the Tuition Assistance Policy. Families will also need to complete a financial need analysis conducted by FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment, an independent, third party company that provides confidential determination of your family's financial need. Please continue to the Tuition/Financial Aid page for more information about this process.
