Tuition payments are a commitment between the family and school. Teacher salaries and school operating expenses are paid through tuition as GRA is a non-profit organization.
2010-2011 Tuition Plans
Plan A:
Payment in Full by August 1, 2010 for a 3% discount
Plan B:
10-month payment schedule starting July 1st, ending April 1st.
Tuition payments, which FACTS Tuition Management withdraws from your account, due on the 5th or the 15th. For more information regarding the FACTS Tuition Management program, please contact the Grande Ronde Academy office.
Plan C:
12-month payment schedule starting June 1st, ending May 1st
Tuition payments, which FACTS Tuition Management withdraws from your account, due on the 5th or the 15th. For more information regarding the FACTS Tuition Management program, please contact the Grande Ronde Academy office.
Plan D:
10-month payment plan, beginning July 1st-April 1st paid by check or credit card, due on the 1st of each month.* A $25.00 per student late fee will be assessed for any payments received after the 15th of each month.
*A yearly bookkeeping fee of $45 is charged for this plan.
These tuition costs include Books and Materials, although there may be small field trip fees and athletic insurance for team sports fees.
When signing up for a tuition contract agreement on FACTS, an additional service may be purchased:
Peace of Mind Tuition Protection (POM at $12/year), for parents who want to make sure the continuity of their children's education is not interrupted by the death of a parent/guardian.
Registration Procedure
Please make an appointment with the GRA school office for an interview and testing.
~Include payment for the appropriate enrollment and fees.
~Sign the request for transfer of records from your child’s previous school if your child is transferring from another school to GRA.
~Submit copies of your child’s birth certificate and immunization records if your child is new to GRA.
~Read and sign the parent agreement forms in the GRA Parent/Student Handbook.
Admission Requirements
Each student must go through an admissions testing process before he or she is accepted to Grande Ronde Academy. All educational records must be reviewed before admission is finalized.
Grande Ronde Academy may be unable to meet the needs of students with learning disabilities or students with serious behavior problems.

Scholarships
FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment will be conducting a financial need analysis for all GRA parent applicants (due by October 30th). Please contact the GRA office for further information. Applications will be submitted on-line; if you need a computer to apply, we have a designated parent computer for use in the office by appointment. The FACTS assistance program allows you to enter your information with complete confidentiality.
